Technical assist Serbia Client Solved the 2 lane swing turnstile to work in bi-directional

Customer have questions as following

1.We have assembled speed gates, and:
One passage works normally
Other one works in one direction, only
Please, have you any idea how to solve the problem.
Is any software for these gates?

Answer as bellow:

I make you a draft to show that for example the access 1 position to install the stand alone unit to wire to sub board gate open signal
as access 2 position to install the stand alone unit to wire to main board gate open signal
we mean that make the signal crossing.

Reasons for the problem is that

The client do the wrong wiring.
